Yoga Shala
The biggest shala in Panama
Daily yoga lessons are offered in our 240m2 Yoga Shala Dome. Each of the certified yoga instructors that teach at Alaya have their own style and flow. We offer Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, meditation, breathwork and others.
We also offer Moon Rituals, Sound Baths and other events.
